- Tayi Sadhana Yoga Study & Teacher Training

The Tayi Sadhana Yoga Study & Teacher Training Program is a comprehensive course designed to guide practitioners from physical mastery to mind-body integration, enabling full health, vitality, and the ability to teach others.

The program is divided into four modules:

  1. Tayi Sadhana Yoga Philosophy – Understanding the science, principles, and purpose of yoga.
  2. Tayi Sadhana Yoga Introduction – Overview of the system, techniques, and progression.
  3. Tayi Sadhana Yoga Practice – Structured asanas, breathwork, and meditation practices.
  4. Tayi Sadhana Yoga Teaching – Methods, guidelines, and skills to guide students effectively.

The program is further classified into three progressive levels:

Level I – Physical Body Mastery

Focuses on developing a healthy and fully functional physical body:

  • Muscular and skeletal system strengthening
  • Activation and restoration of all joints (12 joints progression)
  • Recovery of neutral spine alignment
  • Establishment of a fully healthy and resilient physical body

Level II – Energy Body Mastery

Focuses on mastering the internal energy and organ systems:

  • Vitality and balance of 12 key internal organs
  • Regulation and enhancement of prana (life energy)
  • Strengthening of internal systems for deep and lasting health

Level III – Mind-Body Mastery

Focuses on the innermost layers of the body and mind:

  • Cultivation of mental clarity, emotional stability, and awareness
  • Activation of the body-mind connection for tremendous vitality
  • Preparation for deep meditation, concentration, and spiritual growth

Program Outcome

Upon completion, practitioners will:

  • Master the physical, energy, and mental bodies progressively
  • Experience full health, vitality, and balance
  • Be qualified to teach Tayi Sadhana Yoga with confidence and clarity
  • Understand the principles of conscious living and spiritual practice
