- Sadhana Yoga
Sadhana :Sanskrit, means “aim and goal”.
Sadhana yoga is rooted in Raja yoga, follows eight limbs of Raja yoga(Eight limbs: Yama, Niyama, Pratyhara, Asana, Pranayama, Dhyana, Dhrana, Samadhi),natural and pure, without any forces, it is based on modern scientific yoga system, a yoga system which regards people’s health, longevity and complete happiness as its aim and goal.
Sadhana yoga is an authentic and natural yoga system, the only one yoga system which is based on the body requirements and health state of modern people, it is strongly related to human body. This system is under human body researches and surveys of more than 30 years, and help modern people to get health.
This system is founded by V.Hemanth, it is divided into two parts: Sadhana yoga practice and Sadhana nature cure.
Level Ⅰ (1-C/B/A) : Through the Sadhana Single Point Breakthrough practice, help students to open the body 360 degrees, eliminate body cold, maintain and restore body joint function. The goal of the Sadhana level is to focus on physical body practice, to maintain the body’s natural functions and to stay away from sub-health.
Level II (2-B/A) : The goal of Sadhana Level II practice is to focus on the energy layer body, keep our 12 internal organs young and healthy, clean the meridians and clean the energy channels.
Level III (3-C/B/A) : Practice the conscious layer of the body (nerve layer), which is connected to the nervous system, by incorporating the Sadhana Meditation practice into daily asana practice. The goal of Sadhana Level 3 is to focus on the mental body, control the ups and downs of mind and consciousness, learn to focus without distractions, and increase happiness.
- Sadhana Nature
Nature is the answer of our body, what we can see from the nature, we can also see in human body, Sadhana yoga brings us the best knowledge, obeys the operating rule of “Nature,earth and universe”, bringing you a way to make body get back to the most natural and best state.
Sadhana nature cure is suitable for all kinds of sub-health problems of modern society, he integrates traditional yoga, curing experiences, Ayurveda with modern medicine, a yoga nature cure which is stopgap and permanent effective, effectively cure the root of diseases, improving the immune and recovering ability, as well as make body free and healthy.

Opening your physical body in 360 directions, recovering the functions of joints and the flexibility of muscles.
Sadhana 1-C
Softening the lung, opening breath and the back side of the thigh.(Beginner’s breath is very short, first step of all is to open breath, and make more oxygen flow into our body, increasing strength and flexibility.Backside thigh muscles are connected with lower back, it is the biggest muscle, so we need to open the backside of leg muscles)
Sadhana 1-B
Continuing to open backside of thigh, increasing the strength of lungs at the same time of opening breath.(After lung becomes soft, it needs strength).
Sadhana 1-A
Opening shoulder joint and hip joint.(shoulder joint and hip joint are two ball and socket joints, they can rotate in 360 degrees, we only use small part of their functions in daily life, their functions will be lost if we don’t use them.Hip joint is connected with lower back, shoulder joint is connected with upper back, the health of hip joint and shoulder joint is also strongly connected with the health of spine.
Sadhana 2-B→2-A
Cleaning meridians and energy channels.Focusing on the rate of breath and practicing energy body through keeping different breath rate.
Sadhana 3-C→3-B→3-A
More practices on mental layer(less asanas, keeping body still).
Sadhana C→B→A
Practicing concentration and meditation on mental body.
- Sadhana enjoy upside down
The incorrect daily routines and fast pace of life of modern people will lead to the imbalance between parasympathetic and sympathetic nerves and emotional problems, such as anxiety, insomnia, depression, being angry easily and so on, if you keep it for long time, then it will lead to various diseases.
Sadhana enjoy upside down, balancing sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves, activating nervous centralis, bringing more oxygen to us and relaxing nervous system.
Sadhana B-BENDS(for beginner/C/B/A)
The health of spine decides the health of body.The normal function of spine is to bend forward, bend backward, twist and extend, but in daily life, our movements are bending forward, it will be unbalanced and cause spinal problems if we keep it for long time.
Sadhana B-BENDS will practice whole spine, ensuring the health of spine, increasing the flexibility of spine and providing more energy to the whole body.
Sadhana hip energy increase(C/B/A):
Hip joint is connected with pelvis, pelvis is the root of body, it is the source of energy, the stabilization of pelvis guarantees the stabilization of body.Pelvis belongs to cold region, hip joint will be stiff if coldness enters into this region.
Removing coldness and increasing pelvis energy and energy in the whole body through increasing hip joint energy.
